Hmmm. well the wiki states a bug occurs in which she takes less than 20 of your pelts. Maybe she took less? If you don't mind "exploiting," you could use console commands or create this spell:

Drain Destruction
100 pts
Self
1 sec

Use this spell on yourself and quickly enter dialogue w/a Destructive trainer, and he/she will be able to train you.

Many NPC's have schedules. She may not have that as an option because of scheduling. You can have your character wait around and keeping trying regularly (hourly) to see if the option comes up.
