I highly doubt we'll see much in the way of information until the game gets close to closed beta.

Also, there could be several restrictions on what information they can release due to the legal battle between beth and gamesas, which has even less information available about it.

From what i heard gamesas is kinda winning the battle over beth.
But Fall out online is a very hush hush thing, only a hand full of people even know it is about, and even fewer like us, are active members on the forums, talking about stuff that many not even happen.

I predict if the legal battle goes well we will see game play end of year, or screen shots.

Where'd you hear that? Links please, if you have them?

Sorry, it's just that i've been able to find so little about the lawsuit, and i'm sure i'm not the only one who would really appreciate more information.

gamesas does have the rights to develop Fallout as an MMO. This is old news.

I expect the gameplay to be like a standard MMO, because it's an safe option, since gamesas cannot afford to do a belly-up MMO project. As some might know, MMOs require a lot more money to develop than your average AAA game, so there is a lot of investors and such in this case which would want their money back when the game is done.
If gamesas wants to do some massive changes in this MMO, their investors might back out, which nobody would want to happen.

gamesas has the rights to the fall out name, thats what beth getting worked up about, they say gamesas only bought the rights to use the name, rather then the fall out content, gamesass def, is that they bought the rights to make a fall out game, not a golf game called fall out , ect ect ;)

No. They sold the Fallout IP to Bethesda, except for the MMO rights. gamesas kept those, under the agreement that they had X amount of years to start the development (gamesas was at the time basically dead). They started the development within the time required by the contract, and it's all good for us gamesas fans.

That's where the "Alpha" screenshots surfaced from, during the court meetings between gamesas and Bethesda, since Bethesda said that gamesas started too late.
