Suggestions box.

Hello

I did not see a suggestions box, so i thought i would make one and leave my own suggestions.

1) Waring tribes :- In the wastes many mutations happened to the poor animals of the old world, which have formed into what some would call monsters, but to others it has given new forms of life, and upgraded the creatures social well being.

Waring tribes follows the story of two such creatures, The Riben , a tribe of mutated rabbits, that over the years has grown in size and smarts, though they speak no language that we can understand, they do communicate in the forms of laughter , growls and a mumbling which their little ears can only under stand.
The rabbits are different colours, mixing from white, to a healthy green glow. They love to tinker with objects, scavengers and traders often put up warning signs, not of evil creatures, but to keep an eye out for thieves, the younger ones will often steal weapons, and gadgets.
The Riben stand around four foot high, and boost an a un natural amount of enemy weapons as their primary weapons, with robot guards. Riben have also been seen blazing across the wastes on high powered bikes that do not even have wheels?

Next is the Tik'on. These are turtles that stand around 5-6 foot high, are incredibly smart, and powerful. They are often found on large oil rigs, or old ships which they convert into moving city's. The Tik'on are every docile animals, they will often never provoke an attack, and if confronted they will often hide in their shell. The Riben hate the Tik'on simpley because of jelously , Tik'on are often well loved by every one, since no matter who you are or what you have done they will trade with you, do business and sort out your accounts at the same time, some see them as boring. They do speak English, though in a very.... slow.... and... dull... voice.

It is up to the player to Stop the Riben attacking the Tik'on, or fuel it on, maybe work it to their own advantage ?

2) armour upgrades and weapon upgrades, in new vegas you could upgrade your weapons, i just want these concepts expanded so i have 100s of options , also to armour, for example leather armour mark 2 can be upgraded with a steel chest plate, making centre mass hits do less damage.

3) Televisions. So in fall out you have radios , yet their are also tvs about but you can not use them, it would be nice for holo tapes to be hidden across the fall out online world, that will play the comical cartoons such is in the intros to fall out 1 and 2, the vault tec adverts, warnings about what to do in the event of invasion , random stuff, funny things :)

Thats all i got for now... but i shall be back!

pvevp(?) missions, ex. copy the harddrive at X camp.
You could go there and with right skills (and karma?) be able to get permission to copy said hd through conversation with the NPCs there.
Go stealth and copy withouth anyone seeing you.
kill everyone and copy.

Players at the camp, more leaned to the Group at X camp. if seeing you play with the comp could either sound the alarm and get the guards there to kill/stop you or the player could start shooting at you.

But if you had permisson, showed to others through color in your name or something, and others start firing at you the camp guards could come in for your defense. Since you are seen as friendly.

Or something like that as long as there are at least few ways to solve missions instead of just shooting.

Player housing/cities! Someday SWG, someday your second coming will come and all will bow to your glory...

Donuts? I wouldn't mind seeing some guild advancement, WoW's guild leveling is interesting but smaller guilds are a bit screwed in terms of that so I feel it could be done better. Image

Any small and seemingly docile creature, with the word mutant put infront of it something I'm gunna want Williams.

I'd suggest visible chat boxes above characters heads... It is really hard to feel like you aren't playing a game when you have to be constantly looking down at a chat box while you're playing. In Fallen Earth a lack of this bugged the crap outta me because I'd constantly miss things happening in either global or local chat. It also seems like it would work in a comic booky sense, which is something I've always kind of got from Fallout.

I also like the idea of player housing, but there need to be a Fallout spin to it and I'm not sure what that is, Otherwise it's kinda meh.... on my list.

The other thing I'm kinda looking for is Timed Event Items. Things you can set up in the world for Role playing purposes. Like a tent or a firepit or other characterful setting. SWG had items like this that you could buy from vendors and it really added alot of depth to player's ability to roleplay.

Chat Bubbels and Timed Event Items. Those are my two suggestions. Another drunk conquistador conquering the governor's ball...

If I can get the option to easily turn the chat bubbles off, then yes ;)

I think that sometimes they would be good and sometimes not (lots of people for example). Image

Only allow 1-3 characters on each account. Reason is to enhance RP and interaction while try to get rid of exploits connected with multiple characters.

Example:

I want it all, so i create one main toon and then have 5-10 support toons so that my main one can be this awwwsum one man army.

i like that 1-3 character suggestion but i would make it 1-3 characters per server.

Guild outposts with maintainance cost. With a very high rank guild with very high cost establish a outpost with walls towers etc. perhaps even NPC guards. With a high maintainance cost. Make them buildable anywhere outside already existing hubs.

If you take WoW as an example. You have various professions and this Archeology secondary profession. People usually choose 2 main professions out of what 7-8 thats the optimal for their main toon, jewelcrafting and enchanting for the most part, then have 4-5 support toons to gather materials, used as banking toons etc.

Now, this Archeology profession lets you dig in the dirt an find amaizing gear and trinkets. The epic weapons are bound to account so if you do this with your support toons and are fortunate enough to get these wepaons with all of them then you can equip your fury warrior with 2x Destroyer of Worlds swords and possibly even a Death Knight too. (These epic items can only be found once on each character).

Now, as for Fallout Online. IF gamesas allows player driven base building and have one required trait or perk in order to be able to build the defense turrets, vehicles and vault doors etc on your bunker people WILL with 10 character slots on each account make one guy that does the building. Another to gather the required materials to do so and a third toon to be used as a main one. If gamesas then allow players to have these radio stations broadcasting from the bunker after meeting certain criteria then you can bet your sweet ass that those people will make yet another toon in order to get that too. So in the end the bunker, vault or whatever owning is due to individuals exploiting game mechanics not guild based.

I'd like to see ingame chat used with proximity in mind. If you are close enough to another player, you should be able to hear him.

Skype may be good for talking to your friends, but for me it would take me out of the game. I would rather make friends using the ingame chat system. Otherwise I would have no one to talk to on Skype!

Contract killing:

1. Pay a player to do it. Kinda straight forward.
2. Have a bounty board of sort, in any settlement.
3. Have these NPC contractors that you can order a hit job from. Either a stealthy, sniper, big gun, explosives etc. The mechanics should be that these NPCs are random spawns, not random encounters. Example: You walk in the hub characters run back and forth it′s just heavy traffic. IF those NPC hitmans spawns in that environment it′s hard to tell whos NPC hitman, player or hub guard. You′re just getting shot at.

I like this idea too, But i think in an MMO inorder to coordinate things you'd need the option of local and global chat. In a shooter I play they have a button for switching between such options and it is super functional. Another drunk conquistador conquering the governor's ball...

Allowing 1-3 players on every server nope, that is silly, Roleplay servers, yer i would go for that, normal servers i does not matter.

non rp servers should have 10 character slots, with a max of 30. Players can buy in the fall out online store new character slots for a few bucks. People will buy it, others will not.
And Rp servers will not be allowed to buy more slots. Simple .

Friendly Fire.
that would force ppl to have some sort of tactics before attacking. Otherwise the dude with the rocketlaucher or minigun might not only mow down the enemy but his own team too.
