Crysis 2 Supersolider too easy?

Post » Mon Oct 11, 2010 7:43 pm

Has anyone else played/finished Crysis 2 on supersolider and found it kinda easy?
I'm just running through it using the invisibility thing and it's really easy :P
I know that's a newbie kinda thing to do but it's still very easy

I beat it on the hardest difficulty (supersoldier/post-human warrior) in 6 hours and 15 minutes, and prolly died 50 times, especialy to the pingers! no, its not too easy, but there are times that were easier than others so many the difficulty wasnt consistant

I didn't think so, although I got it on my PS3 instead of my compy and I'm not used to console shooters. Most definately getting on my PC in the future

With the exception of any time I had to fight a pinger, yes, it was kinda easy. But then again I was using cloak as much as possible just to get the trophy. I am waiting to do a serious playthrough of Supersoldier when they finally patch the AI problems in single player.

But yeah, the pingers on Supersoldier as frustrating as hell. Especially since you only fight a pinger by itself once. The other two times it has Ceph backup that respawns if you kill them all.

I agree with everyone saying about the pingers,
they were the only hard bits

Im playing some parts again in the post human settings and I noticed that you can simply run past most areas while cloaked.

To answer your question I say yes.
If you just skip it all but then that would be boring.

Problem is mostly the ai... The ai is such a mix bag of good and horrible. They are much better in "post human" difficulty with being cloaked then any other difficulty. They fire in areas they think you are and have often decloaked me ending in death.

Easy to do on the first one. The other two have respawning backup.

I'm almost done with the campaign on supersoldier.

I believe that it's quite hard for people who aren't playing alot of fps-games . Though for me , as I would describe myself as an "hardcoe-fps-fan" , I found it quite easy .

I found how to beat it is,
cloak through like the level looking for spots to hide and recharge your energy and then on levels with Pingers just have loads of c4 or Rockets,I find C4 to be more effective though
