Interesting. In all of those logs, there are a few errors related to:
- [libs/ui/menus_startmenu.gfx],
- [Error] Error: ConsoleVariableGroup 'sys_spec_water' key 'r_WaterReflections' is no registered console variable (and a lot of other similar messages),
Quite unusual, but shouldn't be that much of an issue, since for multiplayer every client loads the same default CVAR setup. You can also ignore the texture mapping errors at the end, i get them as well.
but I think it isn't important. Now, there are also those lines:
<17:54:27> [net 15:54:27.237] connection requested to: -1,65715,173.199.110.48:64000

'Nub destroyed' ... xD
The real message I see is "You have been kicked from the server."
So, according to this, I'd assume the game doesn't recognize, or cannot connect, to GameSpy. What could be the reason? I have already stated all ports are open, and all firewalls are turned off for testing purposes.
This is for sure quite interesting, and it really refers to a problem problem with your connection to the GameSpy servers. But it might as well be that you were trying to play on an unranked server, kinda hard to jugde just by the log itself.
Other than that the reason for not connecting to gamespy might be a missing port forward for the ports that gamespy uses, depending on your router setup. Another reason but this is most unlikely could be that while registration something went really wrong and your C2 account is missing a connection to the gamespy account that should have been created by default once you registered. You can check this if you go to the gamespy web page and try to login, with you account information. In that case you gotta use the email adress you used for C2 registration and the same password.
