I have been playing games since Commander Keen and Doom. The one thing I have never seen in any games is a random weather effect. Left 4 Dead 2 came out with a simulated "dynamic weather effect." I thought it was going to actually be dynamic, but all it is is a random downfall of rain on specific levels. If Brink wants to really capture a unique world, then I propose that a Random Weather Effect be placed. Simply, this would mean that the weather would be random but not sporadic. Example would be a rain. but it wouldn't transfer from rain to sunshine to rain to sunshine, it would rain, then possible let up and sprinkle, and possibly downpour and after some time finally clear up. If the effects are random but yet predictable. I don't know how else to explain it. If anyone can help me explain my idea please do.
