After a clean startup I can launch any game (excluding Crysis 2) and it will run perfectly fine, as per normal.

If I play Crysis 2, and then play another game such as FIFA11 or Shogun 2, the flickering affects them as well!!!!! The only fix that i know of is to re-install the GPU drivers or restart windows.

I presume this is a problem with Crysis 2, as it (and perhaps 11.3 CAP1) are the only common factors here.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE CRYTEK?

seems more driver related then game related
maybe those games share the same crossfire/sli profile ?

reactivate amd color controls, this will fix your flicker, found in the desktop management>desktop color
