Server Admins are the best defense so they should be given the power to do this. BTW I got kill instantaneously on spawn 3 times in a row and there was never a kill cam. Wonder if it was a cheat or a server bugging out?

Thats a server bug, you've momentarily lost connection, and someone has found your body, and sprayed/meleed the crap out of it. The damage carries over through lagspace, and is dealt in full to your player, usually resulting in 3-4 consecutive deaths. Didn't manage to figure this one out until I did it to someone (previously had only happened to me).
