Is it possible to die from a SINGLE MELEE HIT when you're cloaked if you have full health? I'm almost absolutely sure that should be impossible but someone did it to me. I was suspicious of him even before that happened but I'd like some confirmation, is it possible?

I think there were some hacks on PC that allowed this to happen- is that what platform you are on?

if youre playing on pro of course its going to be one hit melee kill unless you have armor mode on. otherwise at least 2 kills is needed even in cloak.

I also got one hit kill with melee while i'm in armor mode.

From what I can tell hit multipliers do apply to melee attacks. If you melee somebody in the head who isnt in armor mode they will die in one hit.

If it's a powered one (holding the melee-key of a second), it's easily possible, too.

I was under the impression you had less hit points while stealthed.
