I have used my promo code, it says I am level 5. It gives me the options to customise my equipment and so on and as soon as I got into a server, empty or not it reverts me back to level 1.

After doing this, on every screen (even after logging out of the server) it says I am level 1, and locks out the bonus content.

Hopefully someone can help or this will hopefully catch a developers eye lol

Interesting. When I unlocked the promo code, I played until like rank 6 or so and then left, came back, said I unlocked limited edition content and was reverted to lvl 5. Then I was randomly lvl 1 at one time and just went back and forth the single and multiplayer screens until I was back to lvl 5. Right now, I'm playing with ease at lvl 14, almost 15 i think, and Cry-Tom/Cry-Adam (one of them) put up a work around to saving ranks and stuff in multiplayer.

I tried doing the walk arround still a no go. Its annoying because half the game doesnt work for me lol Well I guess thats what happens when a PC game company focuses primarily on developing for consoles :S
