Mod Community

So, crysis 2 has come out, it was different i have to admit but it was good nonetheless. IT doesn't play like crysis but it was good nonetheless. Now what i am wondering is where the are the mods, where are the modding tools. Come on, what is taking so long. Are they even going to release it to the public or what? The reason i bought crysis 2 was for the community mods like in Crysis. Could someone please answer me as to why they are no mods. Help is much obliged.

Crytek destroyed modding of C2 in hope for it's personal DLC profits.
No mods, no modding tools, no maps what so ever.
If you want any added content you'll have to pay Crytek and they'll have to make it.
Oh, and to clear this up: There won't be Sandbox for Crysis 2.

Crytek still keeps silent about that... ive posted some Threads myself and tried to get an answer... but Crytek refuses to give us a statement whether Crysis 2 will be modable in the future or not.

Yeah a year ago i think cevat yerli himself was presenting some tech demoes about cryengine 3. it was the very first build or something. HE said that mods built on the pc engine will be changed to the ps3 or xbox 360 in real time. Note he said mods built on the pc could be played on th eps3 or xbox 360, community built mods. What happened to that? Will there even be any DLC?
