Evergy Transfer - Bug

Post » Thu Nov 11, 2010 8:12 pm

just pointing out, energy transfer is bugged, i think it is anyway.

Kill someone, get ur energy back, but if your like me, its kill someone - instantly recloak, maybe 90% of the time i do this i am at about 50 energy cause i interupted the energy gain, i dont htink making it instant 100 would fix it as that would be slightly op with armour - maybe. so why not just make it so that drains dont affect the regen.

IE if i kill someone and instantly recloak, the energy transfer will put my energy up to about 97( 3 less than 100 due to the time it took to get to 100 ive already used energy cloaking)

LONG STORY SHORT, Energy transfer is dosent regen all of your energy if u recloak/armour too fast.

PS yes i have energy transfer III

i think Energy Transfer should lower your normal energy regeneration! that would balance it out

What are you moaning about? The way it works is that your energy bar refills after you kill someone. It's not insta-full, you can visibly see it refill; if you interrupt the 'energy transfer' you SHOULD have to forego the full benefit. Tbh it was robably put there as some kind of balancing mechanism, seeing as otherwise people end up almost God-like.

It would be OP if you regained while using a suit mode. There would be no reason to use Armor Enhance because you could basically stay in Armor mode and kill people without ever leaving that mode.

Not really, you still recharge more energy on killing someone (which is the point of the upgrades), you just can't interrupt it if you want the full benefit. In one on one situations you'll have time to recharge fully (an extra second or so) before armouring back up.

only way to balance the seeming best Module in the entire game, is giving it Reduction in normal regen by idk 75% if you use it, forcing you to become frenzied if u wanna stay Cloaked!

Yup, and as long as you don't interrupt the recharge you will get max.. what's your point?
