Ok so im new at Crysis, i didnt play the first crysis and for the life of me cant even find it. So i pre ordered crysis 2 after realizing it was a god send after trying the demo on xbox live. But playing through the story mode (while its a very awesome story line) im confused on a few small details that i think would make the game that much better if i had it clear up. so i was wondering
Who are the CELL? are they human?
Who are the Ceph? Where are they from?
How come there is almost no Marine back up at all even tho you start the game in a squad?

Ceph are aliens which been here for centuries underground dorment... (u need to play crysis)

So CELL isnt military? its like a mercenary group?

I'm preeety sure they're the security branch (Crynet Enforcement and Local Logistics) of Crynet systems, the company that produces nano suits (among other things).
