Hello i think there is alot of people having this issue also but does anyone at Crytek can tell us when this issue will be fixed i try to play everyday basically and end up being disconnected every game. This is pretty frustrating not to be able to play a game you paid full price for even some free game on the internet have better multiplayer gameplay then this game....

No it's not. This problem has been plaguing me since the day I installed this game which was prior to the 1.2 patch. I can't maintain a connection to a server for more than 2-5 minutes before getting dropped with the message - The Connection to the Server Has Been Lost. The points that I have earned have also been lost.
I've tried every possible solution that has been recommended and nothing has worked. It's not related to my hardware, I've tried different routers, port forwarding, you name it! The bottom line is the game is broken and there is something about this particular problem that for some reason doesn't affect everybody, which is odd.

I don't expect that a game is perfect on Release Day and that problems are addressed over the weeks with patches. What concerns me here is that Crytek is not communicating with their customers, in particular on major issues where some players can't play the game at all.
