Hackers: To whom do I report?

Post » Thu Nov 11, 2010 11:23 pm

In a few servers I've played in in the last few days there have been some blatant hackers, ie. infinite suit energy, cloak not disabling when firing, running 1000 kmh, shooting through the entire width of a building to kill me in killcam, etc. My question is, if I get a good video cap of their behaviour can I email it to someone and have their EA account and C2 serial code blocked? Without any sort of anti-cheat system like VAC or PunkBuster you guys really need to make this apparent to everyone that cheaters can be reported.

I was just in a server with a player named FU7URE who seemed to be everywhere at once and at all times cloaked. He'd win most rounds of pro instant action without even taking a hit. At the end of each round half the server would leave. It really, REALLY ruins the game. The server is '[AUS] games.on.net #24' and he's still in it, if you wanna take a look.

there is no report system. its nonexistence is equal to the nonexistence of crytek's support.

EA are the ones running the multiplayer; it's an EA account you need to play. Therefore, it should be there responsibility to deal with hackers etc.
