You're not stuck with it, get a refund from your retailer.
Tell them it does not work and they will refund you, I sent mine back on wednesday and money back in my bank yesterday.
If they refuse or you are on steam/digital download, and you paid by credit card just contact your credit card company and tell them you received faulty goods and to reverse the payment, commonly known as a chargeback.

EA game ill buy is bf3. EA has given dice the time to develop this game the last few years and the PC version is the primary focus.

Yes because i didn't set myself up for a massive disapointment by hailing crysis 2 as the pinical of gaming, and crytek have enough criticism which might encourage them to do things differently with the next installment =) either way ill be keeping my eye on this and BF3

It all depends on how they patch this game!!! And also how there anti cheat works... so far i have not played one round that i have not got slaved by a hacker. one of the hackers name i keep running into is Crytek_Programer everyone leaves in a matter of a few seconds cause he has a hack where he can sit in one spot and it kills every one anyplace on the map. he had in one round 130 or more kills and no deaths. i died 37 straight times without a kill. i wonder how crytek will fix my kill to death cause its all screwed up and i cant get it back. Unreal. why didn't they just put PunkBuster in? I know it is not the best but it would at least get most of them.

I will buy FIFA 12 and Battlefield 3.
