No, because the 'ARMR POW STLTH' modes, underneath the energy bar, don't light up.

well, you gotta do a run up to get the momentum to do the slide so it might just be considering the slide as part of power usage.

I believe the back of the suit nano fiber transforms into a slippery material that allows you to slide even on concrete, this tranformation takes energy like using armor or cloak

I sort of assumed it was the hydro thrusters, which primarily help you move faster in water. I'm not sure if they're really powerful enough to make slide on concrete, though.

Does sliding into an enemy kill him? Idk if y'all ever played the F.E.A.R. 2 mp (doubtfull b/c there was almost nobody online when I played) but that's how it was in that game

I was briefly ranked#1 worldwide (pc version) when that game first came out

and yes the melee was just as deadly as FEAR1

if you slide into one of those ceph collector bugs it kills them, i don't know about players or npcs

I hate being running to slide towards and enemy and see how my run is cancelled with a single shot.

At least in armor mode shots shouldn't slow down you.

Energy cannot be created or destroy, on dispersed after use.
