I think its a glitch.. Because I did that to and was expecting a boom..

Another glitch.. pull the pin of a grenade, hold it and then jump up and do a ledge grab. The grenade disappears completely.

Technically if you pull the pin in the grenade and die, your muscles lock instead of your hand releasing the lever on the grenade. That is realistic.

Uh, no, your hands don't lock. They go loose. Like your bowels. :p I hate this too. Unless you throw the grenade before you die, it doesn't go off.
