Dude they will not release it till all the DLC is out. why would they give us a tool to make and edit maps all day long!! So trust me if it does come out it will be after all the DLC is out. They never said they are going to put one out anyways. they just announced they are going to Patch the game with dx11. so calm down bro! Good things come to people who wait..
