When I click on the link on the front page to go to the 'known problems and solution' etc etc and click on the 'Multiplayer stats resetting etc' link, it comes up with 'you are not authorised to view this' - any ideas? :SSSSS

Unlock your weapons, modules and attachments in a ranked server, before the actual match starts.
I recommend you filter servers to be empty, team instant action and ranked. Join one.
Use the "customise loadouts" option from there.
