first calm down, second we all have that problem, its a ping related issue, i simply told the administrator and he responded back with, i know, i shot some guy,.......ready? 8x's with a shotgun to the face, he didn't go down, he went down after the melee, how can i prove this, i got the winning kill, everyone saw and was just like WTF? It's because of lag, which isn't anyone's fault, really.
Try to find games with better connections, move closer to your router, pause your downloads, etc.

that doesn't change much if the other players have bad connection .

They should just make a dedicated server, revamp the network, and make a hit detection compensation for lag. That way the game seems more fair and the players can stop cursing others that have poor connection. When I see someone that has a poor connection and hostig the game, I wince at the fact they pretty much get chewed out by everyone because they can't afford a great connection. Sad really. Most children gamers feels that the world should revolve around them.

That sounds like your fault...
If it was lag he wouldn't even know you were shooting him; if he had enough time to turn around and managed to hit you and kill you then I doubt it was lag.
Aim for the head, lag doesn't change how much damage you do.
