I was recently playing on I think it was Lighthouse on TIA, and one person who killed me had a Feline that had the white C.E.L.L. camo that you find on the guns in the single player. Was it just a glitch or is it something like the pre-ordered digital SCAR or what?

You can unlock C.E.L.L camo for various weapons by reaching certain ranks, I know you get it for the SCAR at 50 but after that you have to do suit reboots.
