So before the promo code problem was fixed I played some games. I got a level or too just to try the game out. I then waited for the issue to be fixed while playing some campaign. When I finally got the code to work it didn't rank me to 5 BUT it did allow me to customize my class 1. I couldn't use it. When I got to level 5 I didn't have my LE stuff. So then I relogged. It said I could customize my class WITH LE stuff. I played a game. After the game I tried to customize my class but it was glitched or something. It replaced my primary with the secondary and the secondary with empty space. I left the lobby and went to class edit again. It was fixed but I didn't have me LE stuff. Relogged. I had LE stuff. Played game. Lost it. Repeat. -.-

It keeps resetting. Not only do I lose my LE stuff but I have to re-unlock the stuff like suit modules every time I relog. It also doesn't remember my assessments. I'm now level 7 and pissed. ARG HELP

You need to finish a match to get exp for the LE. Secondly, always unlock your modules and attachments while connected to the ranked server, in the lobby. Do not do it after disconnecting.
When you are finished, leave the session to update your profile.

I do that but it just resets when i come back later.

I left the lobby and went to class edit again.

Make sure it's a ranked server and that you do it while in the lobby right after the game where you got the unlocks is finished.
