I'm still indecisive on what race I want to be. But after seeing those last screenshots, I'm leaning on playing as an Orc. I usually just create a backstory for my character as I play along in the game. He's most likely going to be an Orc Berserker, but is subject to change. Nothing's set in stone yet.

Breton, Marceleon Ouielle

What is his/her backstory?
Born in Wayrest to two powerful mages. His mother died when he was 15, he and his father moved to the Imperial City to open up an alchemy shop. Five years later he had an intense argument with his father about wanting become a sailor, he took off on his horse to a sailors haven, Anvil, where he actually joined the city guard instead. More skilled in magic than with a blade, he was a welcomed asset. It was here he met a beautiful Redguard woman, Lyndilla. After two years he left the guard. Lyndilla's father, Neron, who was a well respected merchant and prominent citizen of Anvil, needed a navigator for his ship. Marceleon took the job. He spent five years aboard the ship, getting to see all of Tamriel. From Hammerfell to Black Marsh, but being away from Lyndilla for so long at a time was taking its toll. Thanks to her father, he had become a savvy merchant himself and opened up, of all things, an alchemy shop just outside of Anvil, and married Lyndilla. In his time away he had heard that his uncle and cousin from Wayrest had moved to the Imperial City, but now he had received word that his cousin had been executed for Necromancy. This cousin was a good 13 year older than Marceleon, so growing up he was able to witness the eccentric behavior and strange people he associated with, but he never thought he would take to necromancy. In any case he and Lyndilla made the trip to the Imperial City to visit his uncle, who at one point mentioned he was allowed to keep some his sons things. That would play a pivotal role in Marceleon's life later down the road. Four long years passed and Lyndilla fell ill. The illness lasted for a few months, and eventually took her life. Distraught, Marceleon made a quick trip to his uncles house to collect his cousins books, and notes, to attempt to bring her back to life. Try as he might, he was not successful. Nearly a month after Lyndilla's death, her father who had grown suspicious Marceleon's sudden withdrawal from public and his opposition to anyone coming in to see her, collected the city guard and raided his home to find the ghastly sight. Knowing justice in Cyrodiil could take longer than he would like, Neron pulled some strings with some powerful friends he made in Skyrim to have Marceleon transferred there, he didn't care where, and executed.

What are your goals in your characters life?
Marceleon wants to start a new life. Hes far from home and it is a perfect chance to start over. He'd like to hone his magical skills, and get back into the alchemy business.

What is his/her backstory?
-4E 174, She was born in a small village in Elsweyr on the outskirts of Orcrest.

-4E 190; An unknown creature attacked the village and caused an uproar. Many of the village's men were killed fighting it. The last male Khajiit gave her a spear and ran for the hills, thus putting the responsibility on her. Ski'irdra hated fighting and wasn't any good at it. The beast leaped at her with rage in it's eyes; as Ski'irdra raised the spear with her eyes closed. The beast jumped onto the spear and thrashed about until it died. Ski'irdra, in shock, was cheered on by the remaining villagers and made the village guardian. However Ski'irdra did not want to fight, but felt she was forced too.

-4E 194, Many villages and agencies hired her as a mercenary to deal with people and animals causing them trouble. Whether it was killing innocent people or blood thirsty murderers, she did the job reluctantly fearing if she quit the mercenary business, she would have a price on her head.

-4E 198, Ski'irdra's title as a mercenary put a strain on her relationships with friends and she decided to move out of Elsweyr, maybe to start over. This was impossible however as her fame as a top class mercenary spread to other provinces.

-4E 200, She is in Skyrim looking for a Nord who owes a skooma gang an alarming amount of septims.


What are your goals in your characters life? To live a normal life away from the mercenary business.

What do you plan on doing in Skyrim? Odd jobs here and there. Mostly sticking with axes and swords.

Do you plan on owning a home? buying one

What will you do to make a living? Odd jobs like fighters guild and or dark brotherhood.
