I lose XP points : Crysis

I have a big and annoying problem! So, I play, gain xp points, after a couple of games I go out of my room, find new one, and while game is loading an new room, i see that I didnt get xp, that I earned at past room! Like I didn't play at all. It happened THREE times, I've lost around 12 thousands of xp! Im 11 lvl, but I could be a 13!
Help me, I dont know what to do!!

are you playing in unranked servers?
apparantly the **** ups at crytek neglected to inform us that unless u play ranked you arnt sposed to be able to level up, there for when u do level up in an unranked server when u leave the game corrects the mistake by resetting your xp, level and unlocks...

whats the point of ranked servers anyway? ...
as pc user with the latest patch I had some interesting thing happend to me, that could help fix the problem:

I played and earn an new class (at level 10) and I customized it and named it. I somehow got disconnected and went to bed.
When I joined next time I was set back to level 9 and all earnings from before were gone.
BUT: The already customized class was still there but not available to choose. WHEN I try to hit my class from level 10 I got disconnected at an instant.

I guess the main problem other users have too must have something to do with the sync of the stats because that was the definate reasen for the disconnection.

Please take care of these still huge errors.. Its a fun killer

Don't worry I had no problem redeeming mine and it worked for one match and and now everything is lost.

Had the hallogram for awhile about the first week. It has dissappeared and now is locked (I am level 21 and it is still locked)
The camo skin it worked for one match before it dissappeared not even an option now
The instant 5 level never worked had to level up to get the unlocks and skin
Dog tag who knows if i even got that

So see you are missing nothing
