Can't join Local Pro mode servers, only foreign

The title says it all, when I try to filter for Pro servers I only get foriegn ones. All of the local ones have a ping of 999 and wont even allow me to join them.. what the hell..

Ive been playing nothing but pro mode and now this all of sudden happens, anyone know how to fix this?
