Still lose ability to stealth kill after dying

Hey, while melee now works as of the 1.2 patch after dying, stealth kills still do not.

I've got this bug too, annoying as heck. Walk up behind someone to stealth kill 'em and oops, I just punch them and they turn around and shoot me in the head before I can get my flipping gun on target.
