I have recently finished the 12+ hour plus mammoth game and had to congratulate Crytek for this brilliant game . It was well worth waiting the 4 years since crysis one came out to play my favourite game of all time sequel Crysis 2 and guess what ? I think its better than the original my ratings

Story : 9/10 Brilliant story , the only thing wrong was the lack of information on Nomad , Psycho and Helena Rosenthal from the original ,There wasn't even a reference which svcked.

Gamplay: 8/10 Fast paced ,stealthy , and don't forget MAXIMUM ARMOUR

AI : 7/10 The aliens were always a challange forcing you out of cover and jumping off walls however some of the bugs did let it down

Overall : 9/10 BRILLIANT

It took me 15 hours.....

Took me eight hours to complete it on supersoldier. I bought the upgarde where stealth drains less energy and then just stealthed through pretty much every part of the game.

It took me 12 hours + because it was on super soldier and i tried some interesting play styles

Took me 7 hours on Post Human Warrior. 12, and 15, hours is a ridiculous amount of time.

I think you just rushed the game. Exploring the territory takes time, the deaths and playstlye difference as well.

It took me around 8 hours on Normal, and around 12 hours on Posthuman Warrior.

@ OP: Agree with your rating. The AI could've been more bugfree, but well... Blame EA ;P

Took me a good 11 hours messing around with stuff.

I give it a 7/10. Which is good for a FPS.
