^ Agreed. I'm afraid their modding community isn't as much a priority at it used to be.

Since they are going to release a Crysis2 Editor ( mean a sandbox3 for crysis2 ) and a CryEngine3 SDK for real advanced modder, they didnt forget the modding community

So they still care the modding community, since thats finaly promote a lot the engine ^^
and the crymod site may make change for the futur Ce3 / Crysis2 modding may thats why they delay so much the comeback

Well, it's up now and at current, calling it a shadow of its former self would be a compliment.

Ok, it seem a lot of the content is still there. But the nice thing about it beforehand was that it had organization. It had a download section and an index of mods, sortable by mod name, mod group, etc. Now? Now all it is is a phpBB.

The mod downloads section is disabled because they're still porting aaaalllll the files across.
