So, after about 3 days of trying, I've finally managed to login to the website, at least, but I'm still locked out from Multiplayer due to the very descriptive error that tells me to check my network connectivity.

Well, I've played countless other multiplayer FPS games without much trouble, and my speedtest/pingtest shows over 80mbps bandwidth with 23ms ping and negligible jitter.

Doesn't sound like a big problem.

What's going on here?

Also noticed a lot of other guys have the identical problem.

So, how much of you guys can actually log on, and who can't?

No login issues whatever, only username was taken error and multiplayer key forgotten, te workaround helped.

The 0.2.0 fixed majority of connection/login problems for me - ok, it did not fix them, but made them appear far less often.

So it KINDA works for me.

btw i noticed that the 'check your network' thing doesn't pop if i have bit torrent running in the background.

as for the number of people playing online right now, it's around 70. worldwide. like 6 out of 100 servers used.

Yeah...I think the Beta sign means the website...beta software usually arnt sold (except minecraft)

Also, the bittorrent idea sounds interesting.

Better: Check the top-left of this page - it says "BETA", hopefully after 20 patches to the game they'll take it down. lol.
