I've an issue with the change Firemode option: when I started playing C2 I could change the firemode but after a few hours playing the game, I noticed that I suddenly could not. Even changing the key dosen't help. Someone here who had the same problem and solved it?

It counts as an attachment. Without the Single Shot attachment, you can't use semi-automatic.
Was that the problem?

Even with the attachment, I can't change it.

I had this problem in downed bird, where you are guided to mod the gun for the first time. I also had the melee bug, supposedly fixed in the 1.2 patch. I restarted the game every time I had either problem. Firemode hasn't been a problem since that map (or weapon?). If you have restarted the game, have you tried to move to another level and switch weapons?

I had this problem in multiplayer, too. I was using the jackal, no mods on it whatsoever, and one game I could switch fire modes the next I couldn't. I didn't change anything.

Switching weapons is a good point, I will try that. To change the Level do not solve the issue if you change the level by ending the current one.
