Why instead of crying on the forums you don't contact directly Crytek support?

I bet that all this people crying even buy the game, they got a pirate edition and thats why they are blaming, cause they are unable to continue playing for free.

If you truly buy the game then go and contact support directly, stop flaming and trolling on the forums.

So it's right to ask for help here, and more it's good to discover that lot of people has my same issue.

Problem is that doesn't work either, I know of 3 people including myself that hae tickets in with them for over a week now and they have made no effort to contact us

Same problem - legit STEAM purchase - ctrl-tab on cd-key screen to make sure I was getting it right but still no MP access.

Did u try : go to game, login, press multiplayer the thingie pops up back to main menu re enter serial key and retry?

First time i had a problem with serial key about 2 weeks ago. I describe this problem via the contact form but response was not received.
Second time was yesterday. I cann't connect to multiplayer game. I reboot pc 3 times and about 5 times re-entered serial key and was nothing.
Problem was fixed only after 20 minutes chating with EA support.

The pirated version doesnt work either.

EA support is the key here. Talk to EA support. If you don't take the time to do so. You can just fill up this thread with tears because you're not getting an answer to your ticket. It's account administration, nothing to do with the game connectivity.

I have a solution for everybody.

No. This thing everyone is experiencing is them kicking out pirated copies. As Many people said, if reentering your key doesn't work, contact EA tech support and get off the forums. This system went through at about 10PM Eastern Last night. I played just fine when it went through, and my game still works. Check your key.
