Multiplayer games - FPS drop when firing

Hello! I have already addressed on this site for support, but no reply received. Here's my problem:
It is simply impossible to play multiplayer! The first round of play normally, with no brakes and glitches, but all subsequent play impossible. The game is very much at tupit shots. FPS drops to 10 (in the first round 60-70 FPS, while firing 55-65). A single company is perfect, without any brakes, though I can play all day. Thinking overheating, the computer heats up to 60 degrees, drove to the service, said everything is normal. Reinstalled game, reinstalled the OS, changing the video card. Changes are not seen. Here is my configuration:
Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53GHz
Graphics card - NVidia GeForce GTX480
Motherboard - ASUS P5KPL-VM
RAM - 4Gb DDR2
System - Windows XP (SP3)

P.S.
Just performed a test in the game, and now that I have received:
CPU temperature is 64-65 degrees when the game is stable. The game can see a picture - 1 round, running, etc. 65-70 FPS, firing 55-60. The beginning of the second round, the temperature does not change when running and other movements do not brake, shooting 30-35 FPS. Mid-second round, when running, and so the movements appear small brake, FPS drops and rises to 70 as the temperature is stable, while firing 20-25 FPS. End of the second round - beginning of the third, running, and so the motion without changing the temperature of the same, firing up to 10 FPS.

Hello. I had the same problem few days ago. A guy posted a video on this issue on youtube.

below the video several solutions are listed.
I personally deleted my Nod32 antivirus and installed Microsoft Security Essentials. Now the MP runs fine.
Hope, I could help.

You know you have a crappy CPU and an increased CPU load when firing/fighting right? Your CPU is already a major bottleneck to your system, intense firefights etc, only gonna make that worse.

Solution: Upgrade your CPU

Edit: Should note - you said you took your PC in to see a tech?.. I'm a tech and your should know your CPU is not capable of keeping up with your GPU let alone in a heavily threaded game like C2
