Does anyone know how to disable all that stupid videos that takes 30-40 seconds each time you try to start the game? just tell me which files to delete and i'll be a happy man.

You might find the easyest way to use the Crysis 2 Advanced Graphics app.

That has a handy disable intro option, and a bunch of other stuff Crytek should have provided us with.

Open the Crysis 2 directory like C:\GAMES\Crysis 2
open the system.cfg and add the following line at the end:

g_skipIntro = 1
