Well... As overall leader of the Dominion forces IIRC, you could likely have more than usual, but not quite 10 000. You COULD however have more than Daggerfall permits, because in addition to a large Breton army and Militia, you would have forces sent from Summerset Isles.
The consequence is having Militia deployed for too long, or levying too much of your population, may lead to rebellion or possibly even your people trying to assasinate you.
I never wanted Orsinium, just a possibly major character there.
If you have payed any attention at all, i rule a town just south of Gauvadon called Aleine, and have gained power over Gauvadon through marriage.
Also, through paying attention you would have discerned that i am sending troops there to purchase some of Ghalib al-Suhim's Mamluk warriors. He led a fair number of them, but they were all enslaved after the events involving Sentinel, Francois has agreed to search for the ones scattered throughout High Rock, as a favor to Ghalib (Psht. Francois isn't that nice.) and to increase his fighting force.
By the way, I was looking through SoS... And I found something interesting. In the early stages of my participation, Manfred thought this when refusing Guillaume's offer for a banquet:
'The day a free reigning Flyte Lord dines at the same table as a vassal of Menevia will be the same day my court speaks Yoku and the Knights of the Flame offer their blades to the service of Daggerfall.'
Well, since the yoku thing is going to happen anyway... I was thinking of playing a sick joke on Manfred's expense. What would you Dominion guys say if I made a short post about Meniel and some 10-20 Knights of the Flame who fled Anticlere along with him offering his services to whoever's in charge of Daggerfall? You could lop his head off afterwards, or stick him on some island or send him off with nothing, I don't care; just that I enjoy being evil to my characters from time to time.
