Not only the site is confusing. I downloaded the 50mb file and it was a copy of a xamp (a local webserver) installation. No esp or other fallout releated content. Strange

I'm not downloading anything from any russian servers (or whatever) until it's posted on nexus, verified by their people as being chickensoup*
and has some positive ratings behind it.
