Anyone in North America seeing pings below 130? I'm up to level 28 and I've yet to see it. To top that off the lowest ping I see is 93 but never anyone in those are there really so few american players?

I live in California and I rarely go above ping 100 unless my roommate's on internet.
I average 30-50 ping.

Cox basic cable internet in Santa Barbara.

The shown pings on the server browser are wrong. They never go below 90.

I hover around 16 ping (sometimes lower). I intentionally try foreign servers and my ping never breaks 200 there. Yet I see Russians and Koreans playing US servers with 400 to 500 ping.

I get lots of U.S. 234 ping servers, not sure if it's correct.

unless there are really good players wiping out oppos, I can't really say it's unplayable

unless retarded hackers like " crytek programmer". "tinkerbellfuguup" , "DGI andrew 000000?"

I rarely go above 30 ping in the US. Mostly west coast servers, but playing on Central or east coast servers it goes up to around 100.

Are you behind a router or something? That, or something is wrong with your line. You should try a ping test on the line.

Yeah maybe so I'm in Arkansas on 6Mb dsl line seriously never see below 130. I do usually use the quick match to find servers though maybe that's why. I am behind router, I'd feel naked without one. Being on the internet without a hardware firewall between you and the net is like being a naked supermodel walking the streets of a large city without a body guard. Most people won't harm you but you meet/see some people who are just up to no good, have too much time on their hands, or just selfish entitled persons who feel perfectly morally correct in helping themselves to whatever you have. Router shouldn't add that much to ping anyway maybe like 2-10 ms especially the gaming firewalls.

EDIT
yeah did test on speetest.net sin 39 ms ping. In other games I usually see 40-60ms pings. The cable service around here has great bandwidth but horrendous pings and lots of dropped packets which is why I'm on DSL.
