How to report a hacker so he get banned? : Crysis

ive got 100% video evidence of a hacker which im uploading atm on youtube.
his name is: DUNKELJOCHEN

atm im uploading 2 videos which should be online in 1-2 hrs. now, why this forum has no hacker-report sticky? or does it and i cant find or see it? what is the best method to ban players if i have evidence, or does crysis 2 even ban hackers? if not it would be just senseless work....

so, pls tell me what to do now.

topstory, bist du etwa DUNKELJOCHEN oder was? haha.

ich kriege den schon gebannt, egal wie. solche untermenschen geh?ren halt gebannt. und das bekomme ich auch hin, wenn hier mal ein halbwegs intelligenter mensch posten würde wie das geht.
