The problem with getting modules suit and weapons modules. : Crysis

I have a 12 lvl stealth, but I did not get the last module suit.
In what could be the Problem and how to solve it.

I have same problem!
Now im 40 lvl but game dont give me weapon module. Before game gives me weapon mudules on 13, 22, 28 (when you unlocked new weapons, dont remember lvls corectly), BUT on 39 module dont turned out to be (game dont give me). Now im 40 level without GAUSS WEAPON!!!! HALP US!
