My game has been running fine until now. I've reached the point where Alcatraz gets knocked off the bridge into the water. The walkthrough I watched shows another map loading at this point in the game but not on my machine. I've already contacted "tech support" for this and they sent me here. I was hoping at the very least someone could tell me how to manually load the next map. I hope someone has an answer because I cannot progress further.
