Hey guys sorry if this is not the right place to post this but ive got the special edition with the hologram decoy for the scar and ive entered the code but i cant find the thing anywhere is it not ale to be used in the campaign?

In single player campaign, no. (at least I never found it, saw anyone using it)
It's used in multiplayer.
