It's been a while, where is the MULT-GPU support?

Post » Fri Apr 22, 2011 7:29 pm

Why hasn't multi gpu been fixed on this game? Multi gpu is very common amongst modern pc gamers. I still cannot run multi gpu because of insane graphical errors.

How is this funny? It's a matter of money. I paid for two cards to perform on this game but I can only use one at a time.

Dude that is a user fix. Which means this game came with no MGPU support that's the point here. It's 2011 update your pathetic game.

you should be happy that at least someone is helping you out...
and just for the record... the flickering is a driver problem that should be fixed by graphic card manifacturers.
crytek should focus on releasing crysis 2 for PC.

It's actually up to your video card manufacturer, not the developer.

Yea Nvidia/ATI is in charge here, it's not Crytek's problem. Next Beta or WHQL will have it for sure (speaking for Nvidia at least).

Funny you say that this issue needs to be addressed by nvidia/ATI, as the problem seems solely related to crysis 2. All my other modern games (ie released in the last couple of years) work perfectly fine with my ati dual gpu card (and I have a cupboard full) except crysis 2, making it very unlikely this is a driver issue. The only other time I ever experienced flickering was with Crysis 1, and that particular event was fixed by the Crysis1 1.2 patch. (..)

Most importantly though, no one from Crytek has made any official statement that this is an issue that is to be addressed by the video card manufacturers. All we get is a vague "we're working on it" thats over 10 days old.
if it was an issue ATI/Nvida has to fix, I'm sure they would have told us so already instead of having an 87 page thread build up.

So when you state this is an issue to be addressed by the video card manufacturers, please link / explain where you get your info from.

*edit* fixed typo
