C.E.L.L weapon camo in MP

Hi does anybody knows how to get C.E.L.L weapon camo in multiplayer i saw a guy today with C.E.L.L camo on hammer pistol. Im just wondering how did he get it.

BTW: Wonder if we'll get a CELL camo for all the other guns... I bet it'll be DLC though ~_~

CELL SCAR camo is unlocked at rank 50 and you keep it should you choose to reboot. Other CELL weapon camos are probably earned as you rank up or reach 50 for a second time.
