first of all, great game! (Singleplayer) Second of all, could be an amazing game but has EPIC FAIL written all over it (multiplayer)

I have been reporting major issues since day one, and I am not talking about DX11 either. Please fix these:

1. EA, All your battlefield type games have been hacked from day 1. You know it, everyone knows it. I have sent your support direct links to the hacks. Figure out how to detect and BAN players using them ALREADY. Admin contact me directly at my email if you need this info because it didn't get to you yet. When we are playing on an 'officially ranked server' there should be some way of filtering out the scum.

2. Make it easier to report players using hacks; by this I mean, list the name of the server as you would like it reported on the game screen between games so that we know what name you want us to send you. I should not have to fraps the screen just before entering a game so that I can remember an hour later what server I am on.

3. Remove all the hackers from the top 150+ positions in your ranking boards by XP. I have personally reported some of those guys for blatantly hacking in multiplayer, yet their stats still stand. Why keep stats at all if NO ONE playing legitimately can ever achieve notoriety.

4. You have punkbuster running and it can't catch ANY CHEATERS at all! WTF... who is running that company. I found the hacks online in 30 mins. Why did I pay good money for this game? oh wait, the single player IS fun.... Oh and the concept of dropping players that get 24 headshots in a row? WTF fix is THAT! Any really good player can pull that off, without cheating. Design a REAL fix.

5. Why aren't we able to link and track our stats from in game, on the web somewhere? This is supposed to be something we want to achieve. Of course if you never fix the HACKERS issue, well, why bother. *sorry-ranting*

All in all, the game has real potential and the hacker community and those with loose morals are tearing it down into nothing. PLEASE fix these things.

Add this the fact that I have to keep unlocking weapons and mods every time I log into the game. It is not keeping what I unlock. No matter if I buy it and log out and back in.

Really annoying every time I start the multiplayer I have to unlock 10 things. Then do it all over again next time I play.

The hacking things is BS as well, I give it another few weeks. If these things are not fixed i will simply stop playing and never buy a Crytek game again. Rather simple actually no QQ just know you lost a customer.

I have to leave servers every few minutes due to hackers not wasting my time.

I think we should be able to sue or return a game riddled with bugs but that is a different story.
Imagine buying a car and as you drove it the thing would just shutoff or the wipers start going for no reason.

Fix: Don't unlock anything after you start multiplayer, unlock your stuff once you are on a server (even an empty one). Only when you leave the server changes are saved.
