Newb Rage.. Why do i have no concole when i press the ~ ? do i have to enable the console.... my game was a steam download could my problem be steam...

i even pay for a server i cant use proper casue i have no console... Grrrr

I believe this may be an issue relating to infrared reciever issue, as it was an issue with Crysis/Wars on some systems.

Goto control panel-> Device Manager-> Keyboards, Uninstall all Microsoft eHome MCIR 109 Keyboard / MCIR Keyboard / Remote Control Keyboard Keys to enable ~ key.
