Bye Crytek, bye Crysis of Duty.

My hardware limits me to a 40 FPS and I don't complain, this game is still awesome because it gives people the shooter they know and like to play but altered to give the players some new and fun gameplay options, which were also present in the first game. I did prefer the controls for the suit of the first game and the weapon switching can be tricky, but get over it! I learned the changes pretty fast and now I can see a more streamlined experience available for even more people. The first Crysis runs worse on the same machine than this new one does. As already mentioned by others: Cheaters exist in most online games. It's something a few weak souls choose to do because they probably svck at the game. They may ruin parts of the experience for others but you can't be encountering them in every single match? I meet lots of campers in Black Ops and they annoy me but after the match I just find a new game and then everything is usually fine. Cheaters are unavoidable and I would guess that Crytek is working on resolving the issues that exist as well as the missing DX11 support and by the way somebody already programmed an advanced config tool which works perfectly for me.

EA often releases games that lack polish because they like money as do most other people. If you're tired of this then you may want to wait a couple of months before buying the game instead of being shocked by the obvious. Nobody is perfect and Crytek still delivered a great game that I (and others) enjoyed very much and the technical level is still very high despite those few bugs and glitches that there are. I haven't encountered anything that broke the experience for me yet, I think those of you who hate on Crytek for their hard work should see it from their perspective and give them a break to catch up on the issues that need to fixed.

Crysis 2 is a great game, the multiplayer is also mass fun and you should think about the fact, that Crytek is not that practiced as the other companies, and im sure, they will fix all the bugs within the next days/weeks.

Hopefully you won't post anymore of these "Look at me " attention threads now that you're no longer playing. Why do peopl feel the need to hold a "Press conference" on the forums when they decide to stop playing a game?

Maybe there's a reason so many people are quitting or mad that they bought the game... Hmmmmmmmmm.....

That's fine but there's no need to hold a press conference on the forums. Just move on.

It must be working good for you if your sixty plus dollar investment hasn't been wasted like 98% of the Crysis 2 community?

Crytek already knows. You've posted enough bich threads for all of us. Most people enjoy the game. A few vocal whiners like yourself post multiple spam threads making it seem like more people hate the game than actually do. It's not a port...

Nice view. Too bad it ain't real. You and some other names are the few biching about people's complaints, a lot of people's complaints. Sure, tell yourself it's not a port but the fact is it's suffers flaws of a port, worse than any ported release I've seen.

K bye. Get off the forums now. Lol, as if you were ever a fan. OR a wise and true gamer ;)

I can go on about HOW Crysis 2 is nothing like CoD and WHY Crytek should still be supported (FYI, they aren't sellouts, they had to expand because Crysis 1 sales failed them, AND they still care for PC), but I've already explained both all too much. Your lack of intelligence is embarrassing.

I agree but unfortunently i dont think crytek really cares they made there money jokes on us.

They hardly made their money on the PC side as piraters can play too.. for free.. with cracked codes.. with no fix explained about that yet.

3 million copies is nowhere near a failure.

If you are frustrated with this game's issues and bugs, take a look at this petition. Too many Crysis fans were screwed over by Crytek when they released a game hardly works.

truth is console is where the money is at and they dont want to make an improved and much different pc game to save costs so there. bam! consolified Crysis 2 happened. the soul of Crysis has been sold! not all console games are bad, but this one is clearly console limited if you compare it with Crysis 1.

At the very least, to compensate give us a cheat free environment. and if that is not possible then at least give us the tools to do so. bad company 2 does it well and if i remember correctly Crysis 1 mp cheats was not this bad because we had admins back then. so what are you waiting for Crytek? are you gonna just take our money and leave us be with a multiplayer full of cheats and hacks? after how alot of us refrained from d/l the leak and pre-ordered multiple copies to support you?

This reply is almost shame.. I support the author of the thread. He has the right to express his opinion, even if it is frustration. And I think that there are many reasons to be frustrated with Crysis 2

Well...

Day after the patch, first server I enter, one guy uses the grenade launcher on the SCAR, with unlimited ammo and a rate of fire from hell. Explosions everywhere. But hey, there's a 1% chance he will be WARNED, yeah!!! That'll teach him. Sigh, what a monumental fail this is, very disappointing.

Love the game, fantastic fun. At least could have been. Will not play again, after enduring this **** until reaching Level 37, I now give up. Other games cry for attention, and they leave me satisfied and not pissed off.

Paying money for a game just to get virtually raqed and pissed upon, was not the emotional response I was hoping for. Crytek, I will remember this fail. Never EVER release something that isn't finished, or meet the basic requirements of the customer base. Perhaps circumstances forced your early release and/or the lack of sufficient quality control, in any way, those are only reasons, not excuses.

You could have said.. "Could you please take care of the hacker population once and for all? I'm going to protest your game until you do. " Instead it's a few paragraphs of "RAGE RAGE RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE" "WAAAH WAAAAAAAAAAAAH WAAAAH I JUST GOT KILLED! WAAH!"
