How do you get Mystery dog tag unlocks? : Crysis

I thought you get them from levelling up but then my friend told me that he levelled up and didn't get any dogtag unlocks. So how exactly do people get them?

you get them for levelling up (both main level and suit levels iirc). I'm assuming your friend kind of had a bug.

The OP means the 'mystery' tab, which you unlock by spending 'dog tag' points on them.

What levels do you get them? He is only on level 2 at the moment and didn't get any dogtag unlocks after the first levelup
