If theres one thing that bothered me with the older elder scrolls games is the use of the same voice actors over and over again.
Please Bethesda get more voice actors.

I'm sure they have, it was a big complaint about Oblivion, and they did improve a bit in fallout 3 because it was a lot less noticeable.

Either way though, even if they had like 30 different unique voice actors you'll be hearing the same voices over and over as you talk to the game's 1000+ npcs, it's not like they can hire a unique VA for every npc in the game.

Like New Vegas with it's 69 voice actors, but even more would be fine. Just don't waste your money trying to get a bunch of big stars on the voicecast, Beth.

IMO they should have at least 6 actors for each race.

Voice actors are expensive. would rather see that money be spent elsewhere.

Edit: rolling with the idea posted below: now if they were to ask for user-voice submissions (we don't get paid) to be included in the game, that would:

1. Be awesome, as our voice could end up in the game

2. Save the money.

So I'd be all for that.

Actually, if they could make it as easy as possible for modders to record voice files...that would help tons.

In this case, quantity over quality, within reason.

I'd rather that money be spent wisely instead of wasting it by hiring famous actors such as Sir Patrick Stewart or Sean Bean like they did with Oblivion. They should track down and hire unknown people and get the most out of their budget.

I felt that with the exception of ghouls, every person had a unique voice in Fallout 3 which I was thrilled to learn. So many characters were so unique because of this like Moira Brown, Agatha, Colin Moriarty, etc.. It definitely gave the game a lot of life so I'm all for more voice actors.

My preference is to have a single voice actor who will change the tone of his voice to be more gruff when talking in a Nord voice and more dainty when becoming a Bosmer. Though they'd better pick well if they want someone who can handle all the various male/female/dragon voices.
