i want to know how to fix the nat type i have which is on strict atm

im with o2 broadband in the uk and are using their wiressbox iv (4)

the firewall im using is kaspersky if there is anything to do with it

im just not sure how to get it open as i always have open nat type with other games such as cod and bad company 2

any help will be much appreciated thank you.
