And if you think kickvoting is a bad idea, try playing CS:S and joining servers where kickvoting is enabled. See how much of it is abused. Admit that you're wrong.

Yeah I agree.
I remember playing a game where I killed 3 guys in a row, then this guy shoots me in the back, I jumped to the side and juked him with a headshot. Then I supposedly got "disconnected." So just because the admin's got bad aim I gotta be kicked. Ah well that was just a 4-0 streak, imagine someone getting a Maximum Nanosuit and the moment the admin hears "Nanosuit 2.0 detected," you get kicked.

So now on top of abusive admins we want to give everyone the ability to kick someone who's doing really well (like 20-0), I think it's a great idea to create more problems on top of the problems already present.
